To provide customers with “Affordable Peace of Mind” by compiling meaningful information about the presence of abnormal indoor mold, where it is located and how it can be removed. This information may also be useful for insurance claims and presentation to your appropriate medical professionals.
The purpose of the environmental assessments including visual observations, diagnostic readings & sampling is to gather data that can be used to scientifically map the indoor environment for indications that Mold reservoirs are present which can adversely affect the indoor fungal air quality of the building, vehicle, aircraft or yacht. The data will also indicate whether any suspect mold observed is actually mold.

I can’t recommend The Mold Inspector enough! He is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in his field and it is apparent in the work he does. Howard is very thorough in his inspections and the reports he provides are equally as detailed. He was so easy to work with and scheduled appointments around the times that worked for my family, which was greatly helpful in solving our mold issues. He has consistently been honest and professional with everyone I’ve recommended him to, as well!
Mold is pretty rampant in South Florida. There are lot of scammers out there because the average person doesn't know a lot about mold and mold remediation is very a lucrative business. Howard is a licensed, independent, mold accessor with 24 years of experience and a mold expert. He has no vested interest in whether or not you have mold.
